Can't contact Prudence Rutherford or receive package from Sheila in Nancy Drew: Secret of the Scarlet Hand?

My friend and I have been playing ND: Secret of the Scarlet Hand using the walkthough on JustAdventure (http://www.justadventure.com/Walkthroughs/NancyDrewSSH/NancyDrewSSH.shtm), and we can't get Prudence Rutherford to answer her phone! It's sooo annoying. We always just get her answering machine. We also can't even get ahold of Franklin Rose anymore! Mr. Rose said he'd give Mrs. Rutherford a call and let her know we'd be calling her, but it won't work. Has he not called her yet? And also we have not received our package in the shipping/receiving area from Sheila! We keep checking back and setting our alarm for like the next day but it just won't appear. What should we do??? We're stuck! Help!!!
