Why will people believe in the unholy Trinity?

The anti christ will not die and come back again.The beast that was wounded and comes back to life represents a nation.However people will believe in the unholy trinity because their hearts are turned against God.In their hearts they are worshipping the true god when in actuality they have been fooled and deceived.They loved a lie.
