Who knows what that song is in The Departed?

Has any watched the departed? Well do you know in the first five 4 minutes of the movie there is a song playing. It is the song when Costello walks into the shop and takes the money from Vin the shopowner. Then he says "Carmen's developing into a fine young woman". The he sarts to speak to the young Colin. All the time there is a song on in the bacground. Anybody know what it is called. I will choose a best answer.
