Is this Power Supply Compatible with this Motherboard?

I have an OCZ Fatality 550Watt ATX 12/ EPS 12V and an ASUS M4A78T-E motherboard. I hook everything up but get no beeps. This is my second motherboard in two weeks and nothing. The memory and CPU are compatible. Everything comes on lights fans HD DVDdrive. Just cant boot to Bios. Tried the jumper and battery thing. Nothing please help.
