How can i not be scared?

i fancy this guy and as soon as i look at him in the corridor i get scared... and if he says something to me in cl i get scared... my friends say i should talk to him but i get scared XD... and if i want him to like me i should get noticed... but HOW? (he ignores me on facebook and i don't know his email XD)
