Ford car keeps Hesitating while accelerating?

I would check into fuel filter...Also when you idle does it jump at all such as high and low idle.Either way i would try and clean your iac(idle air control) valve.It is mounted next to your throttle body.These tend to get clogged and sometimes can be saved if you spray the valve good with some carb cleaner.If nothing or not capible take it into a shop.GL
