Is it legal to ask for money on line?

Iam not a taker I am a giver & have worked all my life, Im embarresed toeven ask about this,is it allowed to ask for money over the net? I lost my aunt,momand grand pa all this year! my gma's all I got and vise versa.She was with gpa everyday 4 63yrs,we lost him in may and I'm affraid that she is giving up. Im dissabled I live on623mth and not much mor4 her. The only way I can get there is fly and if I can come up with 288.00exct I could go down on1-8to1-15! I have tri everything,churcher,salvation army u name it & I have done it! So I was thinking if everyone that seen or heard about my delima and sent just.25cent that maybe a mircel could happen, Iam an honest person,believe n God,I swear on all that is holy I will send 25 cent back, 2 each 1 that will help me, a very long time ago tonight some kind people helped a young woman and man,that night a mirecial was born,I by no means r comparing the 2,but if this could happen it truly would be a Christmas merical that you helped happen
