Just found out my boyfriend of 1 year has been ringing/texing other girls...?

I have split up with him and he was playin mr cool guy like he was not bothered we are both grown adults im 20 he is 35....i found all texts on his phone from this other girl and in his sent messeges he said he really wants to see her.....this just happened tonight im so upset and have no one to speak to....how do i get over this....Thanks in advance x
